B. Green Shed Committee – Pauline gave update. The museum is closed now for the season. They are waiting on Doug Belanger to dig a trench around it to help with water drainage. His plan was to do it when the fish shed has their plumbing dug in.

B. Meeting Frequency Discussion – There was discussion about moving to a quarterly meeting schedule. Jessica made a motion to have quarterly meetings. Pauline second. Passed unanimously. Next meeting will be January 8, 2024
C. Harbor Dredge Plan – Open discussion. Matt thinks that we need to set a plan in place for when we have a bad spring flooding that requires dredging. Included in the plan to handle a flood/washout situation in which dredging is needed might include: contacts set in place, what equipment may be needed and trucking. Dave had a list of the dredging contacts in the summary he presented earlier. Matt thinks we need to have people/companies to come assess what we might need and determine if they could handle the dredging. Chuck thinks we should have a project description to present to potential contractors ahead of time. If the
Marina needs dredge work done, then we know who to call on to get the project done. Matt is going to talk with contacts to see who would be interested to be on a call list.
D. Compensation of Employees Review – Jessica stated that the previous people that did the jobs of preparing and mailing leases and boat slip agreements, receiving and recording payments, and collecting cash box monies with a completed deposit slip were paid $3000. Jessica stated that the Commission set a precedent when they budgeted $3000 for those duties. At present, the current secretary is not making that amount and she does all of the aforementioned duties, in addition to standard secretarial duties . Doug made a motion to pay the Secretary $3000 a year on salary. Pauline second. Passed unanimously.
E. Financial Statement – Pauline made motion to approve the financial statement. Will second. Passed unanimously.
