Chair Karen Trudeau called the meeting to order at 10:02 am.

All members present except Gina Emily.

New member, Beth Larson, was introduced.

Secretary and Treasurer reports were approved.

June 15 Meet the Author had over 40 people in attendance. July’s date is July 19. Joyce Adamson will arrange refreshments. Judy Becker will print up flyers.

Library Committee will contribute two baskets for the Cornucopia Day raffle. Judy Becker donated two pop up books for the baskets.

Much discussion about the Book Sale and the missing culled books. Richard Dunn will be contacted for information. Since there are currently insufficient books for a sale, it will be postponed to next year. Final decision to be made at the Work Day, June 20, 2026.

Work Day will evaluate, process and possibly add the several boxes of donated books to the shelves.

Meeting was adjourned at 10:38 am.
