Town Of Bell
Harbor Commission Meeting Monday, May 6th, 2024

1. Call To Order – The meeting was called to order by Chuck Perry at 7:01 pm. Members present were: Chuck Perry, Matt Lazorik, Doug Becker, Jessica Resac, Will Tillmans, Pauline Colamatteo, Dave Tillmans. Others present were Harbor Master Michael Thorson, Harbor Secretary Nancy Thorson Town of Bell Treasurer Janice Olson and Town of Bell Clerk Marybeth Tillmans.

2. New Business

A. Leases – There was discussion on the shop leases. Halvorson Fisheries payments will be due on January 1 and applied for the upcoming year. Nancy will go over the shop leases. She will report at the next meeting if any shop leases are due to renew.

B. Data Elevation Post- Will made a motion to install the post Pauline 2nd passed unanimously. Will is going to reach out to Michael about the placement of the post.

C. Harbor Maintenance Man Pay Schedule- There was discussion on the payment schedule. Will made a motion to pay monthly. Doug 2nd passed unanimously.

3. Adjournment – Chuck called the meeting adjourn at 7:33 p.m.
