Town of Bell Planning Commission Meeting March 4, 2026 5:00 p.m. Town of Bell Community Center Minutes Meeting called to order at 5:10 Ken Roman, Mike Mondlich, Sean Presnail present 1. Review/Approve February 5 th , 2026 Meeting Minutes – Mike made a motion to approve, Ken seconded, motion carried as unanimous. 2. Updates/Correspondence – Ken received an inquiry about reroofing and need for permit update. Ken verified with the County and followed up with the inquirer via email. 3. Discussion and path forward decision update of Comprehensive Plan and associated cost. – The item was tabled at the last town board meeting. Ken will see if there is further update from the board at the next meeting. 4. Review 2006 and 2019 Comprehensive Plan Surveys. – Discussed with the next agenda item, will review further at the next PC meeting when Nancy Moye is present.
5. Establish milestone chart for review and completion of Town of Bell Comprehensive Plan. – End date for completion is 2029 and we will need to work back from that. We will plan to review the 2006 and 2019 surveys as we will need to do an updated survey. 6. April 2026 Meeting Date – Scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at 5 pm. 7.
