TOWN OF BELL
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Thursday, July 16, 2026,
at the Community Center

The meeting was call to order 7:03 p.m.. Board members present were Matt Lazorik,
Gordon Anderson, James Kaseno, Paul Ehlers and MaryBeth Tillmans.

New Business
1. Dumpster at Recycling Center for The Fish Shed, discussion and decision
Jody Meir and Joe Jurgenmeir were present.
P. Ehlers made a motion for Jurgenmeir Holding to have space around the
Recycling Center for a dumpster at $50.00 a month. G. Anderson 2nd the
motion. Vote: (3 Yes – 1 No) Yes-J. Kaseno, G. Anderson, P. Ehlers.
No – M. Lazorik. Motion passed.

P. Ehlers made a motion to adjourn the meeting and G. Anderson 2nd the motion.
Approved.
