TOWN OF BELL BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, February 27, 2025
at Town of Bell Community Center
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Matt Lazorik, James Kaseno, Jackie Eid, Gordon Anderson, Paul Ehlers and MaryBeth Tillmans. Janice Olson was absent.
Public Comment – None
New Business
- Open Gravel Bids, discussion and decision
The following bids were received:
Trusty Trucking & South Shore Gravel – $20.59 per ton
Olson Gravel – $23.28 per ton
M Jolma – $18.00 per ton
- Anderson made a motion to accept the M Jolma bid for $18.00 per ton
and J. Eid 2nd the motion. Unanimous decision. Approved.
- Appoint Plan Commissioner to fill vacancy, discussion and decision
No nominations were received.
- Goldammer conditional use application, campground in RRB, discussion and decision
- Ehlers made a motion to recommend approval of the Goldammer conditional
use application for a campground in RRB. J. Kaseno 2nd the motion. Unanimous
decision. Approved.
- Eid made a motion at 7:10 pm to adjourn the meeting and G. Anderson 2nd the motion. Unanimous decision. Approved.
