Planning Commission Mtg August 7, 2023

Members Present: Mark Ehlers, Jackie Eid, John Anderson, Nancy Moye and Jody Hipsher.  Also present Ken Roman

Meeting called to order at 4:03 by Jackie Eid

1. Review/Approve minutes
   1. Motion by John 2^nd by Mark to approve minutes with corrections dis
   2. Motion carried via voice vote

1a. John inquired about tabling work on STR Ordinance for 2 months.  Discussion was had and decided to move September mtg date and will continue work on ordinance next month

2. Correspondence
   1. Jackie would like to move the Norton site visit until fall
   2. John asked about PC being advisory and how to deal with that and its duties
3. Blumke Class A special use  Shoreline Grading
   1. Discussion

4. Ehlers Class A special Use STR
   1. Nancy has concerns about agent being accessible
   2. Motion by John 2^nd by Jody to approve contingent on proof of tourist rooming house license from county health department
   3. Mark abstained from voting
   4. Motion carried on voice vote
5. Vork Class A Special Use permit Driveway
   1. Driveway into lot
   2. Motion by Mark, 2^nd Nancy
   3. Motion carried on voice vote
6. PC Ordinance
   1. Discussion on PC and its duties, responsibilities and chain of command
   2. Discussion on what changes the board would like to see with PC
7. STR Ordinance
   1. Discussion was had earlier in mtg and will continue work at September Mtg
8. September Mtg Date 7^th at 5pm
9. Adjourn
