Motion to approve prior meeting minutes Nancy Moye, 2^nd Jody Hipsher. Unanimous

Updates/Correspondence: Mark will talk to Matt about the crosswalk

VanDeelen: Class A Special Use; Motion by Nancy Moye for grading purposes proposed by Lund Engineering. 2^nd Mark Ehlers. Unanimous

Jacob Kelly: Driveway Permit

Steve & Patricia Vork: Driveway Permit

Was proposed to amend driveway ordinance to include bringing the driveway permits to the Planning Commission for recommendation then to the Town board. Will continue discussion in February

Broderson: Multi Family Housing Discussion: Tabled till we hear from Matt Broderson

Short Term Rental Committee: will have on February agenda

February meeting date: February 13, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the Community Center
