Town of Bell Plan Commission Meeting
July 8, 2024

Meeting called to order at 10:32 AM.
In attendance: Jackie Eid, Nancy Moye, Ken Roman, John Anderson. Absent: Jody Hipsher.
Guest: Judy Kerr.
1. Olson County Short-Term Rental Land Use Permit Approval: Eid makes motion to recommend approval of permit, seconded by Moye. Approved 3-0-1 (Anderson abstains).
2. Martinson County Short-Term Rental Land Use Permit Approval: Moye makes motion to recommend approval of permit, seconded by Roman. Approved 3-0-1 (Anderson abstains).
3. Gerber County Short-Term Rental Land Use Permit Approval: Moye makes motion to recommend approval of permit, seconded by Eid. Approved 3-0-1 (Anderson abstains).
4. Scheduled Commission meeting on July 11, 2024 has been cancelled due to lack of business; next scheduled meeting will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024, time TBA. Commissioners should make an attempt to generate notes on Sections 6-8 of Comprehensive Plan (and all previous sections if not yet reviewed) for Roman at least one week prior to the next meeting if possible.
Motion to adjourn by Eid, seconded by Anderson, approved unanimously. Meeting concluded at 11:00 AM.
