Called to order at 4:08pm

1. Motion made by Mark, 2^nd by Jody to approve May minutes. Motion carried on voice vote
2. Jody will take minutes for meeting

1. Mark talked about new crosswalk
2. Bears on Romans point was discussed
   1. County has no ordinance on garbage
   2. Will be addressing later in agenda

3. McConnell Class A special Use permit
   1. Shoreline grading permit for new garage
   2. Motion to approve special use permit contingent on if shoreline grading is required and done to county standards.

   1. Request to proceed with the evaluation of potential solar electric system for the Town of Bell

6. ATV/UTV  Access and Speed Limits discussed
   1. New officer is Matt Leino
   2. Bob Anderson from the county did not get the support from the Sheriffs Department

   1. Working on ordinance
   2. John presented documents he produced from LTR committee
