Planning Commission Minutes March 13, 2023

Motion to approve prior meeting minutes Mark Ehlers, second Nancy Moye, Unanimous
Updates/Correspondence: Mark is going to check with Matt Hipsher on the status of the Hwy 13 crosswalk. Need to look into the dynamic radar signs for updated pricing.
Encroachments onto Town R.O.W.’s: Look into statutes, zoning, grandfathering.
Not a problem until it becomes a problem per Roger Lindgren.
Short Term rentals: STR Committee presented their findings. Final meeting of the committee will be March 22, 2023. Planning Commission will have an additional meeting on March 27, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. to work on reviewing statutes and data.
