Review/Approve Prior Meeting Minutes: Motion to approve Nancy Moye, second Jody Hipsher, unanimous
Updates/Correspondence: On site meeting on Cedar Street postponed until June
Deering Class A Special Use RV Parking: Motion to approve Mark Ehlers, second John Anderson
Clayburgh Class A Special Use Shoreland Grading for Driveway: Motion to approve Jody Hipsher, second Jackie Eid, Approved 4-1
Corny Fish Shed Sanitary Hook Up: Presented proposal, will go with original plan to hook up to the sanitary district. Looking to hook up spring 2024
Solar Proposal: Roger Lindgren presented information on solar possibilities. There was much discussion. Motion by John Anderson to recommend a letter of intent/resolution by May 30, 2023 supporting the DOT CFI grant, second Nancy Moye, Approved 4-1
Motion by John Anderson, second Mark Ehlers, Plan Commission recommendation to TOB Board to allow solar work group to continue to pursue opportunities for placement of solar infrastructure. Unanimous
Reviewed the Land Use Maps and information will present to Town Board
