Town of Bell Plan Commission Meeting

Meeting called to order at 5:04 PM.
In attendance: Jackie Eid, Ken Roman, Nancy Moye, John Anderson. Absent: Jody Hipsher.
1. Review/Approve Prior Meeting Minutes: Moye makes motion to approve August minutes, seconded by Roman. Approved unanimously.
2. Updates/Correspondence: No new business to report.
3. Review of Comprehensive Plan: Roman provided hardcopies of the initial draft of the Comprehensive Plan revisions document. So far, 214 comments have been documented and another ~100 remain in the queue. Commissioners should review the last two sections (9-10) of the Comprehensive Plan for the October meeting, and try to provide Roman with comments at least one week prior to the meeting. Please use 12-point Arial font in your submissions in order to help Roman streamline the integration of contributions from multiple authors.
4. October Meeting Date: Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
Motion to adjourn by Anderson, seconded by Roman, approved unanimously. Meeting concluded at 6:07 PM.
