1. Call to order
2. Review Agenda and amend as needed.
3. Review and approve March 6th, 2025, meeting minutes.
4. Update progress with landowner agreement and Nelson Surveying – Kelly, Jennifer
5. Review any update from survey topline report and the county workforce profile – Kelly, Kristin
6. Summary report – Kelly is finalizing the compilation of the feedback/edits. When complete, they will be forwarded to Todd for incorporation into the final product.
7. Review updates on congressionally-directed spending requests for the Cornucopia project. – Jennifer, Kelly
8. Review preliminary/ sample rental agreement. – Jennifer
9. Develop a plan to approach the Town with a request to vacate the alley and establish a utility easement agreement.
10. Adjourn
